Vimzo — Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to Vimzo and its AI-assisted media creation features. By using the application, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who May Use Vimzo

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age permitted for digital services in your location, whichever is higher. If local law requires parental consent, obtain it before using Vimzo.

3. Your Inputs and Permissions

Submit only photos, clips, instructions and other materials you have the right to use. Obtain permission from identifiable people when necessary. Do not impersonate someone, violate privacy rights or use another person’s likeness without authorization.

4. How Creation Works

Vimzo applies automated systems to selected media to create requested effects. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing any result before using or sharing it.

5. Safety Rules

Do not seek or distribute sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, harassment, illegal material or other prohibited content. Attempts to evade safety checks are forbidden.

6. Screening and Enforcement

We may automatically screen submissions and intermediate or final frames, reject requests, prevent delivery, restrict access or investigate reported abuse. Safety screening cannot guarantee that every inappropriate frame will be detected.

7. Temporary Files and Local Results

Media is handled to fulfill generation and necessary moderation, then temporary processing copies are deleted following completion and delivery. Completed works are intended for storage on your device, not in a permanent Vimzo cloud gallery. Service records such as credits and transactions may be retained separately as explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Credits, Subscriptions and Charges

Prices, renewal periods, included credits and usage costs are shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew unless cancelled using the applicable store controls. Refunds are handled under applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law. Credits may be consumed when a generation request is processed, as disclosed in the app.

9. Rights in Materials and Results

You retain rights you hold in your original submissions. You grant a limited permission to process them to deliver the requested service and perform safety review. Rights in AI outputs may vary by law and may be affected by third-party rights; no exclusive ownership is guaranteed.

10. Availability and Changes

We may adjust features, generation limits and safeguards, or suspend the service for maintenance or security. We will provide notice when required by law.

11. No Guarantee and Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
