This Privacy Policy explains how Vimzo handles information when you use its AI video creation features.

1. Privacy at a glance

Vimzo provides AI-assisted video creation without operating a permanent online collection of your source images or completed creations. Media supplied for a particular request is handled for that request and its safety checks, then deleted from the temporary processing environment after delivery. Other operational records, such as credit balances and purchase confirmations, are handled separately.

2. Choosing what to provide

You decide which photographs, clips, written instructions and generation options to submit. We access selected materials to create the effect you request; Vimzo does not need unrestricted permission to browse every item in your device library. You can avoid submitting a file by choosing not to start that operation.

3. Purpose-bound generation

Your selected materials, instructions and interim renders are used to perform the requested transformation, verify that the output complies with safety requirements and return the result. We do not use your creative media for targeted advertising, resale, promotional showcases or training datasets.

4. Brief processing lifecycle

Input media and working copies are temporary. Following generation, the required moderation checks and delivery, those temporary media objects are deleted from our processing environment. Vimzo does not maintain a permanent cloud album or server-side history of users’ photos and generated videos. This statement does not cover separate administrative records needed to operate the service.

5. Review of unexpected frames

Changes in clothing, facial appearance or other visual effects can produce unintended sensitive frames. Automated checks may examine uploaded material and portions of the completed video for prohibited imagery. The media used for this inspection is transient and is deleted once the associated review finishes; it is not retained as a permanent moderation gallery.

6. Where finished work lives

The generated result is made available for you to save to your own device. You may remove locally stored creations through the device’s file or gallery tools. If you use an independent device backup feature, the provider of that feature governs its own backup copies.

7. Technical service providers

We do not sell or rent your creative files, nor provide them to advertisers or partners for their independent commercial use. If a contracted AI-generation or content-safety provider performs part of a requested job, the minimum data necessary may be transmitted to that provider solely to carry out that job. We do not authorize independent advertising or model training using your submitted media. Provider handling and deletion must be verified against the service actually deployed.

8. Accounts, payments and assistance

When the app uses user identifiers, credits, subscriptions or customer support, limited service information may be processed to administer those functions. An app store or payment processor may handle payment transactions; we do not require full card details for purchases processed through an app store. Receipts, balances, support messages and legally required records are distinct from temporary creative media and may be kept as necessary for their respective purposes.

9. Security during a request

Reasonable safeguards, including protected connections, controlled access and temporary workspaces, are used to reduce exposure while files are being processed. Internet services cannot promise absolute security.

10. Age-related protections

Vimzo is not intended for children under 13 or below the applicable minimum age for digital consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information contrary to applicable law. Please contact us if you believe information was submitted by a child inappropriately.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

You control whether to initiate a generation and can erase creations stored on your device. Depending on applicable law, you may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information maintained for account or service administration. Contact vimzoapp@venusflow.info for these requests.

12. Revisions and contact
